Dandemutande a book written by Willard Zvaita. When I read the book I understood the book but I didnt believe what it entails much that it cld happen to the society of today. I personally witnessed this in a 24hr session that legally ended in the loggerhead. Hwever, law is law and always justice will prevail. But the Dandemutande ideology had to first take place. Simply the law cannot justify any verdict unless the Dandemutande factor applies. Moreover, the law and the Dandemutande are both there to justify human society. But the dandemutande factor must be eliminated and simalteneously be replaced by the lax.
