Daniel 2:39 - And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth. Daniel 2:26-28 - This is the interpretation of the thing: Mene; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. Tekel; Thou art weighed in the balances and found wanting. Peres; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians. At this time, the world superpower was Babylon. They were so powerful that it would be foolish to ever think that they could fall. Yet, they would fall. Their greatness would crumble and another kingdom would rise up. Daniel, the Hebrew slave made eunuch, was the one appointed by God to reveal to Babylon the news that they would fall. Thru divine intervention (dreams and the handwriting) God was revealing to the kingdom its fate. However, they could not interpret the signs, nor the understand their meaning. Today, America is in its 14th day of its government being shutdown. Yet and still, many Americans do not understand nor comprehend what these things are leading to. They can not interpret nor decipher the handwriting that is being scribbled on the wall. Where are the Daniels? Where are they who have been appointed by God to tell this country would is coming upon it? Friends, we have an even more solemn and distinct charge than did Daniel. We are ambassadors sent forth to spread the last message to a dying world. I people sent to spread the news of the imminent downfall of the United States and the ushering in of that eternal kingdom. Are you prepared to be a Daniel? Are you sure?
