***Danielles Down Home Spicy Cabbage*** (SHARE this pic so it saves on your Timeline & you have it when you want to make it) Join us here for more every day fun, tips, recipes, weight loss support & motivation>>> Slim & Trim with TY Ingredients -1 medium sliced cabbage -1/2 chopped white onion -1/2 chopped red bell pepper -broccoli (amount you desire, take apart and slice in half and cut off most of the stem) -1 can sliced white potatoes -1 pack of turkey smoke sausage (slice as much as you want) -2 Tablespoon olive oil -Black pepper (amount you desire) -Season-All seasoned salt (amount you desire) -Accent (1 Tea spoon) -10 - 15 medium or jumbo shrimp Directions - BEST TO USE A WOK Mix olive oil, onion, bell pepper, broccoli in Wok on med-high heat. (might need more olive oil) Stir-fry until its almost sautéed. Add smoke sausage and cook for two more minutes. Remove everything from Wok and put in a bowl. Turn heat to medium and add cabbage (make sure you add cabbage right after you rinse them to retain the water. Add black pepper, salt, and accent. Continue to add more salt and pepper for your taste. After the cabbage have cooked down, add potatoes and everything you put in the bowl. Turn heat to low and continue to stir so everything will blend together, but try to keep the broccoli at the bottom in the water. Do not over cook. THE SHRIMP -Cover and start preparing your shrimp. -Peel and wash shrimp; put in a bowl and add a little lemon juice. -Use your hand to mix the shrimp in the juice. -Remove shrimp from bowl and place them on a paper towel. Use only season salt and black pepper. -Spray some Pam in a pan and over the shrimp and stir-fry them. (make sure the shrimp are dry by putting a paper towel on them and pressing down). -Continue to stir them until theyre cooked. -Spread them on top of the cabbage. DO NOT OVER COOK THE CABBAGE.
