Daniels Garden: mani chye aka Changkok Manis. I love this leaves for mani chye soup which mother made since a young boy. Very easy cooking, just campak in the water with Minced pork, onion, garlic, old ginger, ikan bilis (anchovies), & lastly egg. When I visited Sibu, Sarawak, this is practically a national dish for every hock chiu lang there (80% are hock chiu), most of time they stir fry with ikan bilis & egg. I LOVE this leaf vege, dont mind eating on every day basis for a continual week, still not jelak.
