Danny Pratt was one of my husbands partners when he was assigned to 77th Street patrol back in the mid 80s. To this day he fondly remembers and speaks of how he was such a great person and hard working officer. He vividly recalls the moment he found out he had been brutally murdered by cowardly gang members. He still misses him. I was Dannys daughter Heathers manager for quite a while and I know how deeply the loss of her father still affects her and her brother Danny to this day. There is nothing that can be said or done by this convict to mitigate the vicious act that she committed in 1988. The Pratts got a life sentence of loss and thats what she should serve.
