Darla and I are home. We feel good about Rods immediate situation. The Shetland Sheepdog club people of GA are delivering food and making sure Rod is ok for the short term. We have a few of the pieces of the medical situation, but need to finish some of the things that James started in order to get Rod in a safe place. The majority of those involved feel that Rod needs a new attorney. The one that James chose is a horse rescuer. Normally a rescuer of any animal is not sensitive to a breeders at all. We are aware of the money donated and also the money given to him by James. We will do what we can to retrieve these funds. It was not easy to try to conduct any business concerning Rod this holiday weekend, we will all start on our tasks Monday/ a.m. The immediate need is to raise more funds for the hiring of an appropriate attorney. We have a good recommendation from some local people. Please do not include money in your cards as Rod enjoys reading the cards but we are worried, with his condition, money might get misplaced or thrown away by accident.
