Darlene Power this really shows a failure of the system. I personally know that the police have known about her having pets for some time now. How is she funded? No job??? How are they all eating? Maybe its time for a wellness check. Where is the accountability? Post a list of all the agencies you have contacted... with names. I wonder how many are in there? Last time there was a dead horse in her house.
