Darren emailed--Im a K3, RBK amputee as of 8-15-14. I am very active and have been walking on my prosthetic for exactly a month now. I have read up a lot on the Rush foot and would love to try one out. I hike, hunt, fly fish, ride four wheelers and my mt bike. I would easily be a K4 if it werent for my Severe Rheumatoid arthritis. I only had my original prepatory socket for about 2 weeks because my prosthetist was affraid I was going to break it due to how active I am, so he made me a carbon fiber socket instead. I am wondering how many of you are using the Rush Foot and would like to know from your experience the pros and cons of this foot? I am trying to decide which foot I want for my definitive prosthesis. If you dont have the Rush or dont like it, which foot would you recommend for a K3 amputee? Thank You for your time and opinions in advance. I Love the ACA family and what we have on this page. We are all in this together and its nice having friends to talk to that understand first hand the daily battles we face. No offense to all you two legged freaks !
