Date: November 08 2014 Request for a Silent Auction Prize Dear Business owners/ and Community Member I am writing to you today to ask for a donation for our silent auction , we are hoping to fundraise to give to families in need in our community, in memory of my daughter Alexcia Mckamey. We are planning a Christmas Fundraising Event- Burger and beer event which takes place on December 6th 2014 . This will consist of an evening of fun, toy drive, and a silent auction. Last years previous event proved very popular, as we helped 3 families with presents for 7 children and food for christmas. Money raised at the event will be used to help families from our community that are in need for christmas. We were hoping that you might be willing to supply us with a suitable prize for our silent auction. Gift Certificates are always popular, although any suitable product you could donate to us would be much appreciated.
