Dated 10/06/2013 1. In PS Haripur Smt Santosh Kumari R/O Charar stated that Ratan Chand and Raju of same village suddenly quarreled with her at Charar on 9.6.2013. In this regard case under section 451, 504, 506, 323, 34 IPC has been registered. 2. In PS Baijnath Smt. Mansa Devi R/O Kudail stated that Sohan Singh and his wife Rama Devi of same village quarreled with her at Kudail on 09-06-2013,due to land dispute. In this regard case under section 341, 323, 504, 34 IPS has been registered. 3. In PS Haripur an application received from Sh. Shakti Chand R/O Jam Garh in which he alleged that Karam Singh of same village planted the tree and illegally made a water tank on his land at Jam Garh. In this regard case under section 447 IPC has been registered. 4. In PS Indora Sh. Parkash Chand R/O Mand Bahadpur stated that Boot Singh R/O Naushehara Majra make a current in the boundary wire which was established for the safety of rice crops in his land at Mand Bahadpur suddenly his cow tried to enter into field of Boot Singh and died with current on the mid night of 8/9-06-2013. In this regard case under section 336,429 IPC and section 11 Prevention of Animal Act 1960 has been registered. 5. In PS Nurpur Smt. Pooja Pathania R/O Kandwal reported that her mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law tortured her and on 9.6.2013 morning time her mother in law through hot tea on her at Kandwal on 09-06-2013. In this regard case under section 324, 506, 34 IPC has been registered. 6. In PS Nurpur Sh. Santosh Pathania R/O Kandwal send a sms to Police Station in which he alleged that Pooja Pathania R/O Kandwal her ( daughter –in-law) through boiled tea on her at Kandwal on 09-06-2013. In this regard case under section 324 IPC has been registered. 7. In PS Nurpur Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Jaunta stated that an unknown driver of vehicle hit him at Jaunta on 08-06-2013 as a result he injured and admitted at CHC Nurpur. In this regard case under section 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered. 8. In PS Fatehpur Anil Kumar R/O Jatholi rider of motorcycle no HP 38-6426 skid his motorcycle at place Badwara on 09-06-2013 as result he injured and referred to the hospital at Tanda . In this regard case under section 279,337 IPC has been registered. 9. In PS Lambagoan Sh. Sanjay Kumar R/O Heb stated that an unknown person threatened and abusing him on mobile. In this regard case under section 504,506 IPC has been registered.
