Dave Kuske My case is unique to this fight to bringing paternity fraud to the light of society. For I am a father of a beautiful girl conceived during a 6 year affair. I trusted and believed the woman stating she was getting a divorce and we would be together as a family. I spent almost everyday with my daughter during this time whether it be an hour or weekend. I saw my daughter as much as the mother allowed me to, which was quite a bit over the the five years before the mother Went back to her husband. I was lead to believe he knew he was not the father of my child and even moved away. After a year of negotiating for visitation rights which during this time I was still able to see my daughter, a judge found, even though my daughter and I are deeply bonded, a presumed father law trumped the rights of biological father. A biological father who insisted on the privilege of paying child support. It has been 18 months since I’ve last seen my daughter and I have no chance of ever seeing her again as I cannot afford the immense legal fees needed to fight for this case. My heart is broken. Is there anyone out there who can give me suggestions on how to proceed with my life or to obtain visitation rights with my daughter. I truly appreciate any help I can get in this battle for the rights of children and the rights of parents.
