Dave Murrays Latest STL forecast and weather disco…TUESDAY...May 120, 2014 *** Very warm temperatues in play for Tuesday and Wednesday...a hint of summer in the air...watch for scattered rain and storms late Wednesday and especially Wednesday night*** TUESDAY: Partly sunny skies...windy and warm WINDS: Southwest 15-30 M.P.H. HIGH: 88 degrees TUESDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear and mild WINDS: Southwest 5-10 M.P.H. LOW: 68 degrees WEDNESDSY: Partly sunny...windy and warm...a few storms late day...better shot at night WINDS: Southwest 15-30 M.P.H. HIGH: 88 degrees Slightly cooler on Thursday...low 80s...70s with us Thursday and Friday...back into the 80s for Sunday and Monday THE WEATHER DISCO: The three main features this week…on the backside of a large high pressure for 2 to 3 days…allowing for a fast warm up as the swings of Spring go on…second is a cool front dropping down from the north and punching into the high pressure in the Wednesday night to Friday night time frame..with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms…severe weather is not really in play(Wednesday night the best shot) and showers and thundershowers should be rather limited…then there is a monster low pressure over the southwest part of the nation…cut off from the flow…stays there all week…but have to watch to see how and when it pulls out…plenty of time to watch.
