Dave Murrays Latest STL forecast and weather disco....THURSDAY...JULY 10, 2014: ***A large dome of high pressure on top of us today...delightful July weather on tap into Thursday night and Friday morning.*** THURSDAY: Partly to mostly sunny skies and nice WINDS: Northwest 10-15 M.P.H. HIGH: 85 degrees THURSDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy...turning more humid WINDS: Southeast 10-15 M.P.H. LOW: 65 DEGREES. FRIDAY: Partly sunny...warm and more humid WINDS: South 10-15 M.P.H. HIGH: 89 DEGREES A summer weekend...hot and humid...watch for a few isolated thunderstorms THE WEATHER DISCO: A little northwest flow still in control Thursday and Thursday night as a large dome of Canadian high pressure sinks right over the bi-state region. Very nice summer weather on tap into Friday morning...enjoy. The southerly flow opens up once again...on Friday and locks in for a few days Friday night and over the weekend...back to summer...hot and humid and that means we look for some hit and miss thunderstorms...focus on mid to late afternoon and early evening...lots of rain-free time. Signs still point to pleasant July weather for the middle of July...thanks to the typhoon around Japan right now.
