Not nerve pain or phantom pain but just plain old pain. Scale of 1-10 it averages about a 7 at night so sleeping is something i dont get much of. Leg feels like its in a vise. Doctor has me on 10/325 Vicodin which helps but i dont like relying on pain meds. I havent received my new leg yet just got the stitches removed on my last doctors visit on 7/15.I see my doctor again on 7/29 along with my prosthesis( think thats the correct term). Im hoping that as soon as i start walking again that most of the pain goes away and if i need to be on pain meds till then i can deal with that.Has anyone ever had this problem with pain after revisions or their amputation. Its not phantom pain but just plain old throbbing pain. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks
