David Icke last week in relation to the imminent royal baby birth... 'I am currently involved in advanced preparations in readiness for the imminent birth of the latest in the line with Kate Middleton, the ‘Duchess of Cambridge’, soon to produce a child that will follow her husband, Prince William, the ‘Duke of Cambridge’, as an heir to the throne. The television is unplugged, the phone is switched off, the papers have been cancelled and I have enough food stocked up to get me through the next few crucial weeks without needing to visit the supermarket. Once the man doing the soundproofing has gone all that remains is for me to barricade the door. Now I have nothing against the soon-to-arrive heir, well, the heir bit, yes, but not the soon-to-arrive part. I wish he or she well and given that the new Windsor will be entering this dimension in the Addams lair I have considerable sympathy for the child’s plight. But the baby has not even appeared yet and the British media is already in a frenzy. I fear they may have peaked too early and any addition to their current hysteria would surely be a threat to their health. It is too painful to watch and the thought of tabloid journalists reaching such a climactic state of excitement that their bodies explode in the street is just too much to bear. Instead, I shall sit in the silence of my soundproofed barricade humming the tunes from Les Miserables. I am looking forward to it and by the time I emerge again, blinking in the sun and forced to surrender when the milk runs out, the worst I hope will be over. '
