Memo to Irving Azoff: Start investigating Orchard Music who are flagrantly in constant breach of copyright and stealing U.S royalties from thousands of performers.Since Orchard have been advised that they do NOT own the copyrights to which they lay claim, they cannot duck behind the clauses contained with the The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) which permits safe harbour for innocent breaches. There is nothing innocent about Orchard. Universal have been notified.
