David and Victorias bargain anniversary treat David Beckham is apparently making Victoria pie and mash for their anniversary. The soccer star and the fashion designer are one of the most powerful showbiz couples and are celebrating 15 years of marriage today. While fans might expect them to toast the occasion with a glass of expensive champagne at a Michelin starred restaurant, theyre actually planning a much more low-key affair say friends. David loves to go all out for Victoria. Hes so proud of her as a wife, mother and designer - he just wants to spoil her rotten, a source smiled to British magazine Now. But Victorias told him its the simple things in life that matter and to keep it small. She knows theyll have fun playing board games and watching a family film. Davids already planning to make his favourite pie and mash for the occasion. And despite using the finest ingredients, itll only cost about £5 per person. David, 39, and 40-year-old Victoria have four children together - sons Brooklyn, Cruz and Romeo and daughter Harper. It could be that their quiet anniversary with their kids is part of a plan to take a step back from the showbiz spotlight. David has asked Victoria for some down time so they can really get back to basics and enjoy each other again, an insider divulged to British magazine Star recently. He adores his family and his recent trip to the rainforest in Brazil has made him realise whats important in life... Hes happy to take a backseat from celebrity life if it means being with his wife and kids more.
