David was anointed to be King. Micah was the daughter of the reigning King. She understood the procedure, and protocol that is needed of a lady with a future life in the palace. She was a Princess, and was well suited for a future Kings bride. David kills Goliath and wins her hand in marriage. It seems like a perfect match....until...Micah sees David dancing before the Lord with all of his might. And she despised his behavior. She mocked him. This was more than a criticism. She struck him at the very core of who he was. He was a worshipper. Many of the people that we think are a perfect match for us. Whether it is spiritual relationships, boyfriends or girlfriends, Husbands or wives, just regular friendships, business partners, whatever, are in reality, not a good fit at all. It looked good. May have been well thought out, but if you do not receive guidance from the Holy Spirit in your relationships, dont be surprised when everything goes sour. What would happen if we put faith in the Holy Spirits ability to connect us with the right people. Jesus and John the Baptist(John 1:33),Peter and Cornelius (Acts 10), Jesus and Nathaniel(John 1:48),Ananias and Paul(Acts 9:10-18). Were all connected by the Holy Ghost. And God even intervened when Joseph was going to break up with Mary. And instructed him not to get rid of her. The Holy Ghost knows every part of every person. Trust Him. Begin to use your faith and seek Gods direction in every relationship. And ask him to help you define the kind of relationship that he has in mind. Temporary, like Ananias and Saul. Ministry like Jesus and John the Baptist. Maybe marriage, like Isaac, and Rebekah. He wants to help. And he will, if you will seek Him, and have faith in Him. He knows who you are. He knows who you need.
