Day 1 of attempting to be gluten free...So as some may know and some may not know Ive battled with various health issue over many years (nothing serious) BUT I am too stubborn to go to doctors for most. It started many years ago with my inability to loose weight. I finally gave in and they did so many tests including thyroid test, cholesterol tests and many more. Only conclusion from that was that after fasting for 24 hours my LDL cholesterol levels was severally elevated. And that was the end of that medical research. Just recently I was talking with someone and they brought up Gluten allergies. After online research, Ive realized that every symptom to do with having a gluten allergy, I have! With that being said I am going to self test. Starting today and going a week minimum I am going to avoid gluten and see how my body reacts. Happy Day to all and heres to Gluten Free :) lol
