Day 1 of my new 40 day personal challenge. Here are the guidelines for all of my friends that want to participate: no sodas. No bread. No sweets except fruits. No pork. Lots of fish and chicken. No eating after 8 p.m. exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Cut back on fried foods. You can do it! Have faith! Time to get healthier! If you mess up dont stop...keep going! We will get through this together. ##fitnessforlife##
