Day 1 of the GSC. This is my accountability log.I had an awesome day yesterday. Went to revival got fed spiritually then went shopping for my FC. When I arrived home with all the bags, I started getting nervous. I was going to prepare each day in a zip lock bags but decided to put everything in the refrigerator. It was overwhelming. I got my book and continued reading it with my husband. He said everything was going to be fine. we went to bed but I went to sleep with anxiety. I begin to dream about the challenge and woke up with anxiety.My husband let me know again it was going to be OK. I know with God my husband and the support of the group that I will make it through this challenge and have the healthy lifestyle that I desire! So today is the first day and new beginning to a healthier new lifestyle! Thank you and good luck to all of the newbies and all of those continuing on this journey!
