Day 1 of the fitness challenge! Tag me in all of your posts @isafreiberger and use the hashtag #isafitchallenge so we can all see each others posts! Lets get in shape! No sponsors this time, so the personal rewards will have to be enough! Hope you join in! This little workout targets you abs, particularly the obliques. -Side plank dips + rotation x10-15 reps per side - Single leg side balance x10-12 reps per side - Forearm plank hip drops x15-20 reps per side - Kneeling kicks back & side x 15-20 reps each direction and each leg. Do 3-5 sets of each. Enjoy the burn!
