Day 1 of the regiment. I really over did it. First time on elliptical. CLUELESS... Set it for weight loss, incline of 10. Ohhhh shit. Took off like a rabbit for 5 min. Slowed to hard climb for the next 5. And back and forth from that for 20 min. Almost passed the hell out after 20 of that shit. Then did 6 reps of 10 for chest and 3 reps of 15 curls. Oh yeah. 90 days of this. Yeah. Ill make it.
