Hold this position as you alternate tapping your hands to the opposite thighs WITHOUT moving your hips. If you cant accomplish this without a lot of movement, try the modification. For the modification, hold the beast pose for as long as possible, then lower to your knees. Stay on your knees for the tap, just raising slightly the leg you are tapping.
