Day+10: Sorry for my infrequent updates. My mouth and throat pain both have me going through hell. My sleep is extremely erratic and Ive got three pumps Im connected to at a time making navigation throughout my room nearly impossible. That said, I finally came to the realization that despite both dilaudid and benadryl in my system, Im not going to be able to sleep more than a few minutes at a time until the point later in the morning when my exhaustion makes me impervious to sleeping through a pool of my own saliva. Im constantly secreting, and I am very much reliant on tissues and a vacuum pump. Now to go lie down again and then probably wake back up.
