Day 10 of my challenge. same weight as yesterday!! breakfast was a coffee shake mid morning snack. a visalus pro with vi orange mix in, and 1 scoop vi shape with water. shaken not stirred. lunch peanut butter cup. mid day snack 2 hard boiled eggs, dinner My Wifes pork squash soup, and some rice. with chicke caliguen ? spelling.. Guam food. beast mode yum.. and wash dinner down with a healthy size vodka cran!!!! life is good!! a salad before bedtime. :)
