Day 11!!!! 😀 Better day today phew!! Dont get me wrong woke up thinking about biscuits but a few nice things happened to me today to keep the fight going!!! I havent eaten as much as I normally would today but thats a rarity I can assure you as I like my food!! Did anyone catch the programme on bbc2 last night??? I watched with intrigue and astonishment and part way through my brother text to say wow that woman described her thoughts of food how u did on your blog! Which makes me think Im a constant craver like her! Theres information about it all on their website which im going to look at Tommorow!!! Anyway the good things that kept me from going crazy today were Firstly a lovely person stopped me after the school run to ask how I was they had read my blog and knew it was a tough day yest we went on to have a lovely conversation about Sw which made me realise even those you would never think about in that way have many issues about their weight as us larger ppl in life!!!! The other thing was when a lovely parcel dropped through my door with a much needed hifi bar, a recipe I really wanted to try a congratulations note for my loss last week and a gorgeous little gift to sum it up, picture to follow!!! A good day today!!!
