Day 12 of the move - we spent the day in Edmonton. Tim Goss and I spent the day at WEM wandering aimlessly shopping while the puppies had a full day of play at Tailz Doggie Day Care - not sure who is more tired! Still trying to resolve the issues with Best Western, the manager did not call as promised and when I called the hotel this morning, I was told that he does not work on Saturdays, (nice) but I could speak with the supervisor who would be in later in the afternoon. I did speak with the supervisor and got no where with her because apparently she has no authority to refund my credit card - only the manager can. She promised that she would have the manager call me on Monday - not holding my breath, but you can be sure I will be calling him on Monday. I have contacted MasterCard and filed a dispute resolution action - should have an update on Monday. Anyway, we hope to check out fairly early tomorrow and head on to Fort St. John, BC for a couple of days, then North to Liard and Whitehorse. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel....Night all, we miss you! Hugs XO
