Day 129: Celebrating life today. I would like to take a moment to share our friends stories who are fighting the fight. Little Ari has just received word his MRI is clear after chemo and 6 brain surgeries. There is a catch in that there are some abnormal cells. This could mean cancer or be caused from the radiation. He will now start more high dose chemo with stem cell rescue. Little Sophia who has a inoperable tumor has been on multiple rounds of chemo and has only gotten to leave the hospital once since diagnosed. She just received a bone marrow transplant and while her body is finally accepting it, she has major side effects: an arterial line to monitor blood pressure, a feeding tube and a bloated tummy. No child ever deserves any of this. Please share you love, prayers, chants, good thoughts, etc to them and their families too. And again thank you for all of your support for Ellerie.
