Day 13 of 30 Days of Healthy Food tips: There are all different types of grains that are healthy for you. One of my favorite brands is Rice Select. And at an all time family favorite is Pearl CousCous. If you are watching your weight, probably best to avoid these high carbohydrate grains. But if you are at a healthy weight they are wonderful and very good for you. 190 calories a serving 0 saturated fat 6 g of fiber 7g protein. This is considered a wheat so if you have a need for Gluten Free this type of grain is also something to stay away from. I love making cold salads with the pearls.
