Day 14. Very, very hot. Got dehydrated this morning as was a long way from getting water. Filled up at RNLI lookout tower - big relief. Walked through Hayle, Lalant, Carbis Bay & St Ives. Met & talked to lots of people. Stunning sandy beaches again. Struggling at times with the hot weather. Feel fatigued. Blister hurts. Will cut it out with a blade tonight. Desperate measures. Had a nice long rest at a beach cafe in St Ives. Fancied all the waitresses. They charged my phone for me. Camped overlooking sea above an old mine shaft. Really nice spot. Just cooked tea - pasta & tuna. 234 miles. Tomorrow will be a tough day according to the fool who wrote my guidebook. More climbs. Bugger!
