Day 15 #letsgetflexi Bakasana (crow pose time). Great arm balance challenge pose. For me must essential criteria for this is a good bottom squat position, this highlights ultimate mobility and beleive it or not should be a comfortable position, if not it will highlight alot of weaknesses. This is a position is spent alot of time in India and still do. As with everything a good base is the foundation of this pose. Spread ypur fingers out and find your focus point about 2 feet in front of your hands. Then slowly bring your weight forward onto your triceps whilst slowly lifting the feet of the floor. Practise makes perfect. Would love to see some videos of you mastering this pose. Ultimate pose for focus and concentration.
