Day 16 of cooking in the Ninja was finally spaghetti and meatballs. I just dont know what to think about this. I tried ravioli in it before and the sauce was watery. I followed the recipe Mitch Cox had on youtube and did 4 cups of water. I guess for us I just need to try 3.5 cups of water next time because the sauce was good but still watered down more than we like. Maybe I didnt add enough noodles because it calls for 1 lb. but I do 4 servings so that might be the reason. I also didnt care for the noodle. I think they tasted starchy I guess. They didnt taste like they were not done, they didnt taste like they were over done, they just tasted different like if I would have rinsed them I might have liked it better. I dont know. It didnt taste the like the spaghetti I normally make on the stove top and it was definitely not better than what I usually make, just easier. The only other thing was maybe stirring more might have helped but I did stir it once and the noodles were not stuck together or anything. I might have to stick to still boiling the noodles first and do it using the stove top setting.
