Day 16 of the @Spartanrace #30pushupsfor30days and I did a variation of yesterday’s featured grasshopper push-up by doing plank walks with sit outs. I did this variation to allow my pectoral a few more days to fully recover, it’s feeling much better but I want to keep moving forward and not take a giant step backwards, been there before and not doing that again . While it’s important to push ourselves to see the change we want , It’s equally as important to listen to our bodies. Wishing you a great HumpDay AROO!!✌️#spartan30 #spartanup
