Day 17 Breakfast – 40g no added sugar muesli, almond or skimmed milk, ½ and apple. Lunch – Tuna steak grilled or over baked with lemon grass, large portion green beans, small baked sweet potato. Snacks – 125g natural bio yoghurt, teaspoon blueberries or oak cake and handful of grapes. Dinner – Spiced lentils with mixed veg – Heat some coconut or olive oil in a large pan add small onion thinly chopped, add cumin, chilli seeds, or small chopped red chilli, sea salt and pepper – cook until soft. Add 100g cooked green lentils and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add 150-200g green veg (spinach, chard and spring greens). Add juice of ½ lemon. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon low fat natural yogurt before serving.
