Day 18, last week to my jump start, I found my best time to work out is in the morning. My morning routine includes Spark, Catalyst to burn extra fat and build muscle, Thermoplus for the boost, and MNS for the nutrients my body needs! After my work out I have a chocolate mocha Meal Replacement Shake with 23 grams protein and only 220 calories. I love my Advocare for the way it makes me feel and the results I am gaining!
