Day 2 - the first day, had them panicking, they were caucusing, enquiring around to try and determine what constitutes and triggers a forensic audit and fraud! Meanwhile, they are paying huge sums of money to people for equipment rental who do not use or own their own equipment, they pay people for work that is not being conducted, they pay people for contracts where work is not completed, they pay travel to people who do not attend meetings and they pay travel to people who basically live next door to the finance office in Kenora, Ontario. The chief says, What fraud? :P 2nd day I shall be meeting with OPP, MNP, LAO and KFC! :P
