Day 2: 20 minute Fat Blaster (share with everyone and like) Repeat 3 times (Or until the twenty minutes are completed) *Beginner/ Advanced Warm up 5 minutes: walking on spot/skipping *See notes *Modified press up/press up 10/20 repetitions Squat/*Jump Squat Burpees 10/25 repetitions Jump Jacks/*Jump Jack squats 30 repetitions Mountain climbers/Mountain climbers 1 press up 30 repetitions/10x1 repeat 10 times Skipping 30 jumps/Skipping 100 jumps Alternating reverse lunges/Reverse lunge hops 30 repetitions/50 repetitions Modified burpee/Press up burpee 10/30 repetitions Modified plank 30 seconds/Plank builder 60 seconds Skipping 30 jumps/Skipping 100 jumps Knee Raises/Knee Highs 20/50 repetitions Make sure to cool down and stretch. It goes without saying that you need to listen to your own body and if it doesn’t feel right then stop immediately. *Modified push up: Do press ups on the knees, keep back straight and core tight * Jump Squat Burpee: Add a jump squat to burpee * Jump Jack Squat: Add a jump squat to the jumping jacks * If you dont have a skipping rope, just do the motion with small jumps while rotating your arms
