Day 2 FullyRaw Challange: great fasted morning cardio and chest workout today. I had juice for breakfast, huge banana ice-cream with raspberries for lunch ... I got really hungry after 1.5h so I grabbed some bananas and dates to snack on and for dinner I made this masterpiece ... Pad Thai!!! I had to add some tamarind to my dressing so I went and bought it at the store ... Funny looking thing... And I didnt know that it had pits lol almost broke my tooth biting on it ... Anyway ... Pad Thai was a little bit of work: I made zucchini noodles for the first time (that was an adventure )... For the dressing I had to make some fresh ginger/ Apple/ orange juice. Lots of work and cleaning but it was sooo good. Yummy. Recipe in the comments :)
