Spin the left heel down and step the right foot forward, inhale Virabadrasna A, exhale vinyasa, repeat left side. Exhale vinyasa. Five breathes in down dog. Inhale to come forward and halfway lift. Exhale fold. Inhale chair pose. Exhale to stand. Please take your time and repeat five times!
