Day 2 of #ZuviSummerLove is Natrajasana check with @bellaellaful later for day 3 Start of by warming up your whole body. Back bending is not solely work on the spine. Open your hips, shoulders, legs and back with poses like: pigeon, low lunge, split stretches and splits, hollow back, Cobra and Wildthing. then take a breath, plant your standing foot, pick a spot to focus your gaze that isnt moving, reach out your arms in front and behind you to create balance when grabbing your back foot. Then slowly lift up for one handed dancer. Remember to breathe, then bend (arm holding foot) the elbow backward like you are pointing to your back with your elbow and open the arm pit and shoulder to rotate your grip. Grab the toes with the opposite hand by reaching up over your head. Slowly start to straighten the arms and kick back and up with your foot in your hands.think happy thoughts :) this should feel amazing and lovely, if you get discouraged or tired just revisit and start again in a few hours.
