In other words , dont just dump a problem on someone and say fix it . Offer a solution too . The other person will usually think of their own but youre giving them some help along the way . Good advice from the same MD. 3. This time a quote from Patrick Swayze in the film Roadhouse ; Be nice . Dont go through life looking for situations and opportunities to throw your weight about without need . The same advice is also found in a line from Don Henley in his song The heart of the matter ; the line is Put it all behind you baby , life goes on , If you keep carrying that anger , it will eat you up inside .
