Day 20 What fun I had this weekend enjoying the joy some ladies from Alton, Mo had completing their first marathon and doing it with style. I reminded one of them that they were in 1% of the world to ever complete a marathon and that had to make them feel as proud of their race as it did me when I ran mine. Then one of my Evolv buds, Mickey Madewell, completed her first half marathon in 2hrs51mins and I am sooooooo proud of her. This lady is such an inspiration to me because she has worked at keeping herself healthy for years and is living a wonderful lifestyle. Part of the fun of taking a challenge to me is being inspired and also hopefully inspiring others along their journey. When I started my first challenge I never dreamed so many would inspire me to keep on my 84 day challenge, like my friend Janie who is doing a challenge by not eating any sugar, nor did I ever dream I would be an inspiration to others. Wow this is definitely one of the fun things you get when you take a challenge. I love these 84 day increments in my life---very life changing!!!!!
