Day 23: We did a Hollywood tour in the morning...our tour guide pointed out place at the end of our hostel street in the middle of Hollywood boulevard where a homeless person had stabbed a tourist to death in broad daylight because she didnt give him a dollar two days earlier. Nice city huh. After seeing the Hollywood sign and a million front gates of "celebrity" homes, we ended up on Rodeo Drive and caught the bus out to Santa Monica Beach. Public transport sucks in LA. We bumped into some Italian guys Tom knew and drove to Venice beach and checked out muscle beach... Lol so many posers. Finished the day watching the sunset over the Hollywood sign in Griffith Park.
