Day 25: SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITT Got my x3 pilates workout on tonight.... gotta say thats a NEW CHALLENGE for me. Feeling really good about my eating and just in control. I often say you can control it or it can control you and I feel like Im in charge now where before it was a constant internal battle. The scale isnt moving much this week But Im trusting the process and counting the non scale victories like the fact that Im FEELING better In my clothes and Im HAPPIER throughout the day with more energy. And that Im seemingly performing better during the workouts... and I have MUCH LESS BACK PAIN AND TENSION which is a MAJOR WIN... with that said. Screw that lying ass scale!! It doesnt always tell you the true story. Tomorrow Im traveling to a First Steps Seminar with Dani Johnson .... and Im prepared to be on the road and still be In control. Im taking the warrior and x workouts with me because I can do those in the room with no provlem. Im also loaded eith my shakeology packets and shaker cup so thar I can get some good solid nutrition on the go.... I have to remond myself something Tony taught me. Being on the road is no excuse for living poorly. You can still excercise and still make solid healthy nutritional choices no matter where you are or what the situation is. Dont use being away from home as an excuse to throw your hard work in the crapper! TIME TO WALK THE TALK!
