Day 25: after 3 days into Keryn Louise Dickinson and my 12 week no drinking challenge Im really starting to get headaches and crash to the lack of sugar in my body.... My body is aching from the weight training and Im feeling pretty down. One great way to replace all the missing sugars to ease myself through this is lots of water and fruit ... Massive amounts of fruit!!! Yummy ! Pineapple and mango slices are the best ...
