Day 27: Today Im thankful for a roof over my head and a warm fire on this cold night. Thankful the pies are baked and the aroma of apple pie and pumpkin fills the air! My sourdough bread is in the pans rising and all I have to finish up is the dressing! And most thankful my daughter has grown up and left the nest with all her Daddys cooking skills! She is cooking her first Thanksgiving meal tomorrow at her home; and we get to join her with our side dishes! That means I get to sleep in! I am looking forward to the feast she has planned!
