Day 27. #everybodyyogachallenge Todays pose is a twist. I ❤️ twists! They are great for releasing tension along the entire length of your torso, and sometimes even up into the neck and arms and down into the legs. This is how I like to move into a deep twist (you probably want to warm up a bit first): Scoot hips to the right side of your mat, bring the knees up toward the ceiling, release the legs down toward the left. You want to be comfortable and relaxed, so if you need a prop under your legs or shoulder/arm, you might want to have a blanket, towel, or cushion ready.
