Day 3 - 3 things I am grateful/happy for: 1. My dad exercises with me and keeps me motivated with realistic goals. 2. Facebook keeps me company when I am working from home editing and feeling like I need some human contact. 3. The Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation program - I love almost all the recipes!! I tag Louise Kaloudis, Marnie Bicknell and Céline Verdegaal to join the challenge! 3 things a day that make you Happy/Grateful for 5 days and tag 3 people a day to join the challenge. This is not chain letter- there is not superstition or threat to your life, this is just a nice challenge I am putting forward to others to consider - you can do it on Facebook or you can make your own list privately :)
