Day 3: Final day but each day I continue to give thanks for my blessings 1. 5am wake up for morning training are no longer a thing of the past as I prepare for Vaa National Squad Selections for 2015 this weekend. Grateful for all my club mates, my coach and my best friend that turn up to training at the crack of dawn and wade in the cold water to get to our canoes at Gedu Rocks; for team and country :) 2. I have an extremely extremely supportive family and group of friends who challenge me, take my son to birthdays, picnics, parks and in general step in to take care of my Lachlan when I am working or training .
